Brian Picard

Brian Picard serves as the global AI implementation lead for a division of a Fortune 50 technology company, where he has worked for more than 19 years.
Brian spends his days turning AI into practical working solutions. His work includes prompt engineering, AI agents, agentic systems, workflow development, and educational content. He develops and delivers AI training every week, helping professionals understand how to communicate with AI and apply it effectively in their work.
A frequent speaker on prompt engineering and practical AI adoption, Brian has delivered keynote presentations at multiple venues, including the Texas A&M–Kingsville Financial Forum. He is the author of The AI Communication Secret, available on Amazon, and is currently writing his second book—a project temporarily interrupted by his growing venture into AI-powered web application development.
Long before Picard Labs, Brian was building businesses. His entrepreneurial experience spans a family barbecue restaurant, a mobile DJ service, a photo booth rental company, and multiple online ventures involving dropshipping and print-on-demand commerce.
Today, Brian and his wife own and operate a dance studio. He also runs an entertainment business that takes him across the country as an event emcee for dance competitions, charitable events, school programs, and corporate engagements. As a social-dance DJ specializing in country, swing, and ballroom styles, he brings an operator’s understanding of live events, music, audience engagement, and the importance of getting people moving.
For more than a decade, Brian has also advised small businesses—particularly companies with one to five employees. His consulting work has included branding, process improvement, SEO and generative engine optimization, staff AI training, and sales development.
Picard Labs is the culmination of Brian’s decades of business ownership, consulting, entertainment, teaching, and technology experience. It brings his entrepreneurial perspective and practical understanding of AI together under one mission: to build useful systems that solve real problems while keeping people in control.
